Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Aya Apartments in Fremont, CA. The role focuses on keeping our apartment communities well-maintained and customer-friendly, with on-site responsibilities at Aya Apartments.

The ideal candidate has hands-on maintenance experience across trades, a strong customer-service focus, and the ability to work well in a team. On-call rotations and reliable transportation are required to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property recommended.
• Experience across trades (plumbing, electrical, AC, etc.) required.
• Customer-service mindset and flexibility are essential in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint and perform apartment turnovers as needed.
• Respond to emergency calls and other maintenance duties.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aya Apartments, located in Fremont, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.
