MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for the Evolve South Bay property in Carson, CA. The role covers upkeep of apartment grounds, common areas and units, plus responding to maintenance requests and turnovers.

The ideal candidate has multi-trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and a customer-service focus, with reliable transportation and on-call availability. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits at a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ year apartment maintenance experience on 100+ unit properties preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C or related trades is required.
• Customer service mindset, flexibility and teamwork are essential.
• Reliable transportation and on-call availability are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on apartments and common areas, including turnovers and repairs.
• Respond to service requests, follow safety and quality standards.
• Maintain grounds, offices and signage; handle emergency calls as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician for our beautiful property, Evolve South Bay, in Carson, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 1 year experience in apartment maintenance on 100+ unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $25-$26/hour DOE
