Job summary

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Artesia Apartments in Everett, WA.

The ideal candidate will handle cleaning, appliance repairs, painting, turnovers, and respond to maintenance requests with a strong customer service mindset. On-call rotation and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in apartment maintenance, ideally on a 200-unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC is required.
• Customer service orientation and teamwork are essential.
• All employees must acknowledge the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.
• On-site mobility and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Complete maintenance service requests and appliance repairs.
• Paint interiors/exteriors and handle apartment turnovers.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call requests as needed.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Artesia Apartments, located in Everett, WA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.
• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation And Benefits

• $25-$27/hour DOE
