Job summary

MG Properties in Vista, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Skye Apartments. The role covers cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas, completing maintenance requests, appliance repairs, painting, and apartment turnovers while handling emergency calls.

The ideal candidate has experience in multiple trades, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a team. On-call availability and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property.
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices, and common areas.

We are a large regional property management firm looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Skye Apartments in Vista, CA!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

Qualifications

• Prefer at least 2 years experience in apartment maintenance on 200 unit property!
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, a/c, etc.) a must!
• Customer service attitude, flexibility and the ability to work in a team environment are key to making this position a success!

• Reliable transportation is a MUST!
• Availability to work on-call rotation.

Compensation and Benefits

• $26.00-$27.00/hour DOE
