PLK Communities is looking for a dedicated full-time Maintenance Technician to maintain the integrity of our residential apartment communities in Cincinnati, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have handyman experience and handle tasks such as plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC service.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment/multi-family maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation.

• Complete work orders and conduct HVAC service.

Currently, we are in search of a skilled full-time Maintenance Technician.

Responsibilities and Duties

The Maintenance Technician is to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff:

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs
• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Completes work orders
• Basic Carpentry
• Plumbing
• Electrical Systems
• Mechanical Systems
• Small Appliance Repair
• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
