Job summary

PLK Communities is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep our apartment communities in top condition. You will perform property maintenance tasks, prepare units for new residents, and complete work orders across the site.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community for the benefit of all residents, visitors, and staff.

• Perform any and all property maintenance needs


• Prepare apartments for new residents


• Complete work orders


• Basic Carpentry

• Small Appliance Repair


• Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas


• HVAC service and repair (willing to train)


• Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
