American Packaging Corporation (APC) offers a structured Maintenance Technician training program designed to develop skilled electrical and mechanical technicians through on-the-job training and classroom instruction.

Participants will perform troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and assist in process improvements while rotating through areas such as wiring, motors, controls, and safety practices, with a 3–4 year completion timeline and aptitude testing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active, regular Full-time employee of American Packaging Corporation.
• Part-time or temporary employees of APC are not eligible to participate in this program.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business material; basic math skills.
