Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and replacing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.

You will join a multicraft team, work across shifts, and receive an excellent benefits package, 401(k), and paid training; prior experience in corrugated packaging is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• A Technical Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Trades is a plus.
• Production schedule is 3 shifts; willingness to work any shift.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Experience in the Corrugated Packaging or Printing Industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Work as part of a team to safely perform Preventive Maintenance Activities and respond to breakdowns in a production environment.
• All maintenance positions are multicraft with training provided to develop skills.
