Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain plant equipment across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will work as part of a team performing preventive maintenance and responding to breakdowns to keep production running.

The role requires 2+ years of troubleshooting industrial machinery; a technical degree is a plus, and candidates must be authorized to work in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Technical Degree in Mechanical or Electrical trades is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US; 3-shift production schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, rebuild, or replace mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on plant equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance in a production environment.
• Respond to breakdown calls as part of a multicraft team.
• Training is provided to develop additional skills.
