Job summary

Towne Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Fountain Parc in Indianapolis. Earn $26/hour plus commissions, with on-call rotation and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and groundskeeping tasks across our multi-family communities. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of maintenance experience in multi-family housing, EPA certification, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
• HVAC experience and EPA certification.
• Turnover Technician—apartment turns and servicing.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
• Strong customer service skills with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents.
• Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto-insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks/keys, pool care, and groundskeeping tasks.
• Handle apartment turnovers, preparing homes for new residents.
• Complete work orders quickly and with high-quality results.
• Address emergencies as needed or while on-call.
