Job summary
Towne Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Forest Ridge Apartments in Indianapolis, IN. You will perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and groundskeeping tasks, and handle apartment turnovers.
The role offers a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with on-call rotation, and pay from $20 to $22 per hour plus incentives. A valid driver's license and basic tools are required, with opportunities for advancement.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
- Turnover Technician – skilled in apartment turns.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds.
- Strong customer service with a cheerful outlook when assisting residents.
- Ability to work independently while staying efficient and thorough.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills.
- Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, reliable truck/van, and auto-insurance.
- Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position.

Maintenance Technician.
