Towne Properties in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for The Estates at Fernview. This hands-on role keeps apartment communities safe, welcoming, and in top condition, performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, locks, pool care, and groundskeeping.

We require 2+ years in multi-family maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Schedule is Mon–Fri 8am–4:30pm with on-call hours; pay is $25–$28/hour plus incentives, with
