Job summary

Woda Cooper's Hayden House in Springfield, OH seeks a Service Technician to maintain apartments and grounds, perform preventive maintenance, and respond to resident service requests. You’ll work with the property team to keep the community safe, clean, and well-maintained, while delivering friendly, responsive service.

Requirements include basic plumbing/electrical knowledge, ability to read manuals, use hand and power tools, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and speak English and follow written and oral directions.
• Experience in maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Assist with turnover including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs.
• Snow removal during winter and after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain a clean and safe property and respond to resident requests.
• Use company databases and software as required.
