The role covers facility and grounds maintenance, on-call evenings and weekends, with attention to health and safety, pool and equipment care, and cooperation with the maintenance team to meet standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of pool service and maintenance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the facility and grounds based on community objectives.
• Performs safe operation, maintenance and repair of equipment per health, safety and OSHA requirements.
• Responds to work orders in a timely manner, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Assists with inspection of public areas and resident apartments to ensure standards are met.
• Complies with air conditioning and refrigeration record-keeping for equipment and refrigerants.
• Adheres to pool and spa water chemistry and sanitation procedures.
