Job summary

Woda Cooper is seeking a Service Technician for Bayberry Place in Keyser, WV. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and turnover work to prepare apartments for new residents while ensuring a safe and clean environment. You’ll also respond to resident requests and support the on-site management team.

Ideal candidates have general maintenance skills, ability to read manuals, and strong time management. Lifting 50 lbs, driving, and flexibility for after-hours work are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and speak English and follow directions.
• Previous maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Assist with turnover and cleaning of apartments.
• Report safety hazards and maintain safety protocols.
• Document inspections and use company databases.
• Be on-call for emergencies after hours and weekends.
