Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in San Diego, CA to perform routine, preventive, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision. The role requires on-site attendance and may involve on-call emergencies, with on-site responsibilities across common areas, buildings, and units.

The position offers full-time employment with competitive pay between $25 and $30 per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance/repair tasks in community common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program and keep logs.
• Assist with pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Support safety, cleanliness, and appearance of the property.
