Job summary

Asset Living in Fullerton, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician to support our affordable housing community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks and on-call coverage.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations. On-site work requires reliable transportation and a safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain grounds, exterior areas, pools, and common spaces.
• Perform preventative maintenance to extend asset life and minimize future repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, EPA/OSHA standards, and make-ready status.
