Clarios in Toledo, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, robotics, and electrical systems. You will read schematics and work with 120/208/480 VAC, PLCs, and VFDs, with a focus on reducing downtime.

The role requires at least 4 years of industrial maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and strong mechanical/electrical repair skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills.
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems (480V).
• Ability to read schematics, manuals and work orders.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, robotics, and electrical systems.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, and minimize downtime.
• Read schematics and operate PLC hardware and motor controls.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections for reliability.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE/LOTO procedures.
