Job summary

CAD Engineering Resources seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Twinsburg, Ohio facility on 2nd or 3rd shift. This direct-hire position focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance of manufacturing equipment and plant facilities.

The role requires diagnosing and repairing complex systems, interpreting ladder logic (SLC 500, PLC-5, ControlLogix), and performing gas and electric welding. Previous experience with ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700) is preferred.

Qualifications

• 48 months of related maintenance experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with hydraulics, robotics, welding, and machine shop equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions.
• Repair and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Program and troubleshoot ABB robots (M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700).
• Install, align, and operate machine shop equipment; maintain records.
