Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, reading schematics, testing, and repairing 120V/208V/480V systems and motor controls. Overtime/weekends may be required; pay is up to $40.00 per hour with bonuses and increases.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical repair, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience with 480V electrical systems, VFDs, and motor controls.
• PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work overtime/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Emphasize safe work practices, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) and PPE compliance.
• Troubleshoot and repair machinery, conveyors, robotics, and plant systems.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment.
• Work with 120V, 208V, and 480V AC circuits; motor controls, VFDs, and soft starts.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Operate machine shop tools as needed (lathe, milling machine, drill press, grinders, saws, welders, etc.).
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
