Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician for the 3rd shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM) to keep the production floor running smoothly in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3+ years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and proficiency with Fiix CMMS and MS Office. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
• Advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems.
• Able to read and interpret schematics.
• OSHA guidelines knowledge.
• CMMS software experience (Fiix) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending tooling and process changes.
• Perform inspections and repairs on manufacturing and support equipment.
• Follow safety standards including lockout/tagout and OSHA.
• Collaborate with supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949.

What You’ll Do

• Keep our production floor running strong by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and more).
• Support continuous improvement by recommending changes to tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve quality and safety.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and support equipment.
• Champion safety by following lockout/tagout and OSHA standards 100% of the time.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Computer literacy with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods (3-4 hours at a time).
• Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, and work in a physically active environment.
