Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our high-tech automotive manufacturing line running reliably on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, perform repairs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
• Advanced troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and fluid systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Proficient with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot equipment on the production floor.
• Support continuous improvement by recommending tooling, fixtures, and process changes.
• Perform inspections and repairs on manufacturing and support equipment.
• Follow lockout/tagout and OSHA safety standards 100% of the time.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues quickly.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

Shift Information

This is for the 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Shift premium of $.75

What You’ll Do

• Keep our production floor running strong by maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting equipment (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and more).
• Support continuous improvement by recommending changes to tooling, fixtures, and processes that improve quality and safety.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and repairs on a wide range of manufacturing and support equipment.
• Champion safety by following lockout/tagout and OSHA standards 100% of the time.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Play a critical role in ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3+ years of maintenance experience in automotive or plastics manufacturing.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Computer literacy with CMMS software (Fiix or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods (3–4 hours at a time).
• Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, and work in a physically active environment.
