Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead for the 2nd shift to support daily production, maintain equipment, and minimize downtime at our Milwaukee facility.

You will lead mechanical maintenance of motors, conveyors, and production systems, drive safety, efficiency, and reliability while collaborating with the engineering team to improve performance and prevent breakdowns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance technician experience in engineering or similar role.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance techniques.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field preferred.
• Certifications in relevant areas are a plus.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays if required.

Salary: $25 - $38 per hour

Responsibilities

3. Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
4. Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
7. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
8. A degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
9. Certifications in relevant areas would be an added advantage.
10. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.
