Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for a well-established, private manufacturer in Londonderry, NH. You will maintain and repair production equipment and facility systems to maximize uptime and safety in a disciplined, team-oriented environment.

This is a second shift position: Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–12:00 AM. Preferred candidates have industrial maintenance experience, PLC knowledge, and welding/fabrication skills, with strong troubleshooting and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLCs and control logic (highly preferred).
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently on second shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery, including automated, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform facility maintenance including basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work.
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Support installation and upkeep of equipment using welding and brazing tools.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and operational standards.

Position Overview

The Industrial Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in supporting manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing production equipment and facility systems. This individual will ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair production machinery, including automated, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues to ensure minimal production disruption
• Perform facility maintenance including basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing work
• Execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failure and unplanned downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Support installation and upkeep of equipment using tools such as welders, acetylene torches, and brazing/soldering equipment
• Follow all company safety, housekeeping, and operational standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of PLCs and control logic (highly preferred)
• Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently on second shift
