Job summary
Goldmark Property Management seeks a Maintenance Technician 3 to support residents with reliable repairs, timely service, and safe workmanship across our properties. You will perform general maintenance, respond to requests, and uphold our commitment to a better living experience.
The role requires hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and related trades, plus a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma. Join a team that values service and resident satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED and valid driver's license required.
- 1–2 years related maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs.
Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain properties across heating, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, flooring and HVAC.
- Prepare open apartments for rental within 24–72 hours and coordinate with staff/vendors.
- Build relationships with residents and respond to requests promptly.
- Work on-call evenings, holidays and weekends on a rotation basis.
