Job summary

Related Group is seeking a hands-on maintenance professional to support our residential and commercial properties. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call service across office and living spaces.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, plus a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license. Excellent communication and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record with auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the property including painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Inspects and maintains offices and interior/exterior areas.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems and components of machinery and equipment.
• Performs preventive maintenance and maintains maintenance logs.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as required.
• Maintains grounds and keeps them free of trash and debris.
• Monitors and maintains mechanical equipment such as water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning components and replaces defective parts.
• Replaces faulty electrical components and positions sensing devices.
