Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural facilities across properties. You will handle routine and preventive tasks, respond to work orders, and ensure safety standards—delivering a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on property buildings and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
• Troubleshoot & Fix: Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Inspect & Report: Regular inspections to identify problems and address them proactively.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
