Hayes Gibson Property Services is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician 2 to perform routine and preventative upkeep on our properties, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs. You’ll respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to keep systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have experience in general maintenance, a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to resident service.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail and thorough workmanship.
• Customer service oriented with prompt response to requests.
• Prior maintenance or related field experience preferred.

• Repair & Maintain: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on facilities equipment (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Respond to work orders, diagnose issues, and complete repairs.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify problems and address them proactively.
• Ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
