Job summary

DITSCH USA maintains a 24/5 food manufacturing facility in Cincinnati, OH, and seeks a Maintenance Technician for the second shift to support production equipment, troubleshooting, and improvements. You will work under the Maintenance Shift Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

Required are a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing, with PLC/VFD experience preferred. Safety, CMMS usage, and teamwork are emphasized in daily duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs is preferred.
• Strong pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, and industrial skills.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify solutions.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment.
• Adequately utilize CMMS and related software for work orders.
• Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Keep a clean, organized work area.
• Identify issues and drive improvements on the line.
• Follow safety policies and GMPs.
• Report to Maintenance Shift Supervisor.
