Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift in Hamilton, Ohio. The role covers general building maintenance, machinery troubleshooting, and supporting production to keep equipment running smoothly.

You will install new machines, assist with shop upgrades, and maintain tools. A high school diploma and 1–3 years of maintenance experience are preferred; strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills are essential.

What You’ll Do

• Identify problems, determine solutions, and help keep equipment running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of maintenance experiencepreferred.
• Maintenance, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in amanufacturing environment.
