Job summary

DITSCH USA seeks a Maintenance Technician to sustain our SQF-certified food facility in Cincinnati. You will install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment, document work orders in CMMS, and drive improvements. The role supports 24/5 operations and reports to the Maintenance Shift Supervisor.

Required are a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years in manufacturing; PLCs/VFDs experience is preferred, with a strong work ethic and safety awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with food manufacturing equipment is desirable.
• Ability to diagnose using PLCs and VFDs, and troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Use CMMS to document issues and create Work Orders.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and participate in safety programs.
• Support continuous improvement projects and run multiple tasks on shift.
• Ensure equipment reliability in a 24/5 production environment.
