Job summary

Ditsch USA LLC in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the second shift to ensure the continuous operation of our SQF-certified facility. You will install, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment while supporting a 24/5 operation through documented Work Orders and CMMS.

The role requires at least 3 years in manufacturing, PLC/VFD experience, and strong problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and ability to work weekends may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment (food processing equipment desirable).
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to diagnose problems.
• PLC and VFD experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Utilize CMMS, PCs, phones, and email for maintenance tasks.
• Maintain plant and equipment including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and document work orders.
• Identify issues and drive improvements with proper documentation.
• Follow safety, GMP, and environmental policies.
