Job summary

Tecumseh in Verona, MS seeks an experienced maintenance technician to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on both old and new machines, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will read electrical diagrams for troubleshooting and support preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, and a safety-first mindset. Overtime is mandatory, and teamwork is essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electricity, or HVAC preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
• Experience – Relevant or similar experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Analytical Skills – Ability to read a plan and have the mental acuity to discern the proper procedure to follow for each unit.
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work safely, follow all safety rules and lead by example.
• Must be able to maintain good and regular attendance.
• Must be available for mandatory overtime.

Pay Range:

• $24.50-$37.00 Based on experience and technical ability
