Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee performance and upkeep of large production machinery on site. The role covers preventive maintenance inspections, cleaning, part replacement, and rapid breakdown repairs to ensure continuous production.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma with 2+ years in manufacturing, plus experience with databases and MS Office tools. Flexible hours and weekend work may be required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with database management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and servicing on machines.
• Thoroughly cleans machines and parts, reassembling as needed.
• Records damaged or worn parts and reports to maintenance.
• Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
• Identifies causes of unexpected breakdowns and repairs promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
• Thoroughly cleans machines and machine parts, removing parts and reinstalling as necessary.
• Records and reports damaged, worn, or broken parts.
• Orders and installs replacement parts for machines.
• Identifies the cause of unexpected breakdown of machine.
• Repairs broken machines quickly and efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• 2+ years' work experience in manufacturing setting
• Database management
