Job summary

Envista's Mahwah, New Jersey facility is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure safe, efficient operation of production equipment. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and document work while complying with SOP, FDA, and ISO standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment per schedule.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
• Document work orders, parts usage, and equipment history in CMMS.
• Assist with machine setup, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Follow SOP, FDA, ISO standards and safety procedures.
• Communicate status and shift handoffs clearly to teams.
• Support training of junior technicians as needed.
