Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an experienced Service Technician to perform a range of maintenance tasks at an apartment community. The role includes on-call responsibilities to address emergencies and ensure health, safety, and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities cover make-ready tasks, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep. The position requires strong public relations with residents and the community.

Qualifications

• Requires on-call responsibilities as needed to handle maintenance emergencies.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant maintenance experience.
• Fair Housing certification prior to interaction with prospects or residents.
• Must possess cell phone.
• Experience in Renovation or large projects preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Expedite make-ready maintenance: check appliance operations, change light bulbs, repair minor electrical problems, fix locks and plumbing issues.
• Plumbing: repair dripping faucets, clean stopped sinks, maintain AC, boilers, and heating units.
• Pool maintenance: backwash filters, vacuum, skim, maintain chemical levels.
• Carpentry: repair balconies, doors, framing, flooring, fences, tiles.
• Painting: repair drywall, texture walls, paint.
