Electro-Mechanical Technician II

- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Flexibility required for off‑hours work as needed
- Occasional overtime

Hourly rate based on experience, role level, and applicable shift differential that aligns with your expertise and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Maintain auxiliary equipment and facility systems
- Support general building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations
- Partner with production teams to minimize downtime
Qualifications
- Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication
- Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Familiarity with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480 volts three‑phase power
- Office software and computer navigation skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Effective team collaboration and communication
- Physical requirements: ability to use hands for 100% of work time, reach above shoulders for 25% of work time, stand and walk 75% of work time, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 25% of work time, lift up to 25 pounds 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds 15% of work time, up to 75 pounds 15% of work time, see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more
Experience Requirements
- 8+ years electro‑mechanical experience, or
- 4+ years experience along with an associate degree in electro‑mechanical technology (or similar)
