Electro-Mechanical Technician II

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Flexibility required for off‑hours work as needed
• Occasional overtime

Pre‑employment drug test and background check are required

Hourly rate based on experience, role level, and applicable shift differential that aligns with your expertise and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on printing and finishing equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Maintain auxiliary equipment and facility systems
• Support general building maintenance to ensure safe, efficient operations
• Partner with production teams to minimize downtime

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication
• Excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Familiarity with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480 volts three‑phase power
• Office software and computer navigation skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Effective team collaboration and communication
• Physical requirements: ability to use hands for 100% of work time, reach above shoulders for 25% of work time, stand and walk 75% of work time, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl 25% of work time, lift up to 25 pounds 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds 15% of work time, up to 75 pounds 15% of work time, see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years electro‑mechanical experience, or
• 4+ years experience along with an associate degree in electro‑mechanical technology (or similar)
