The role focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance of printing and finishing equipment, with emphasis on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of electro-mechanical experience (or 4+ years with an associate degree), strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in reading English.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend and follow both written and oral English communication.
• Possess excellent electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Must be familiar with AC and DC circuits, low voltage through 480v three phase power.
• Office software and computer navigation skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Effective team collaboration and communication
• Ability to use hands for 100% of work time and reach above shoulders as applicable.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Flexibility required for off-hours work as needed
• Occasional overtime
• Plant 4 - Phoenix, AZ

Compensation

• Hourly rate based on experience, role level, and applicable shift differential that aligns with your expertise and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ability to: stand and walk for 75% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 25% of work time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 30% of work time, up to 50 pounds or less 15% of work time and up to 75 pounds or less 15% of work time.
• Ability to: see clearly at 20 inches or less, or 20 feet or more and the ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus.

Experience Requirements

• 8+ years electro-mechanical experience, or
• 4+ years experience along with an associate degree in electro-mechanical technology (or similar)
