Job summary

Aerotek in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support our state-of-the-art distribution facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, MHE, and automated systems with a focus on reliability and safety.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in manufacturing or automation maintenance, read blueprints/electrical schematics, and can use CMMS to manage work orders. This is a contract-to-hire role offering a pay rate of $25–$35 per hour and on-site 10-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments.
• Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong electrical and troubleshooting skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Maintenance Technician II - Mechatronics & Robotics

Ready to work with advanced automation, robotics, and high-speed equipment? We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to help keep our state-of-the-art distribution facility running efficiently.

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay Rate: $25-35/hour

Contract-to-Hire Opportunity (Direct hire after 3-4 months based on performance and attendance)

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors and material handling equipment

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

• Read blueprints and electrical schematics

• Support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems

• Manage work orders and maintenance activity through CMMS

• Track downtime, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation environments

• Experience with conveyors, MHE, or automated systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
