Talentify is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to support operations in a high-speed distribution environment. You will repair and maintain material handling equipment, conveyors, and automated packaging systems, while following safety standards and documenting maintenance activities.

The role requires experience with blueprints, electrical schematics, PLC-based controls, and CMMS, with opportunities to work on robotic components in a large, fully onsite Memphis facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience repairing material handling equipment or automated conveyors.
• 2+ years experience reading blueprints and electrical schematics.
• 2+ years knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
• 1+ year troubleshooting MHE systems.
• High school diploma.

Responsabilités

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment such as conveyors.
• Perform preventative maintenance routines and document procedures.
• Battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.
• Enter downtime data in daily logs and complete maintenance sheets.
• Manage work orders within CMMS.

• Track and store inventory and spare parts.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician II - Mechatronics & RoboticsJob Description

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will leverage your expertise to support the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems across the facility. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain material handling equipment, such as conveyors.
• Complete preventative maintenance routines, documentation, and procedures.
• Perform battery changes and preventive maintenance on batteries.
• Enter downtime data in daily logs and complete preventative maintenance sheets.
• Manage work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Utilize electrical knowledge of basic components.
• Troubleshoot and identify problems with equipment.
• Track and store the department's inventory, including spare parts.
• 2+ years of experience in the repair of material handling equipment or automated conveyor systems and controls.
• 2+ years of experience in blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• 2+ years of knowledge with electrical and electronic principles.
• 2+ years of experience following and demonstrating safety standards.
• 1+ year of experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics of MHE systems.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with basic input and output functions of building operations.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with OEM and safety standards.
• Associates or higher degree from a vocational school or college in Mechanical or Electrical field.
• 2+ years apprenticeship or equivalent experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field.
• 2+ years of experience working with PLC-based control systems.
• Experience with robotic operation and maintenance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
