Aerotek is seeking a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician in Mesa, AZ for a permanent role at a fast-paced, automated facility. You will troubleshoot and maintain mechanical, electrical, robotic, and conveyor systems while supporting 24/7 operations and knowledge transfer to junior technicians.

The role emphasizes hands-on work with advanced automation, safety practices, and continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• 2+ years of conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures experience.
• 2+ years of repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment experience.
• 2+ years of reading blueprints and electrical schematics experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrating safety standards experience.
• 1+ years of troubleshooting and diagnostics of material handling equipment (MHE) experience.
• High school or equivalent diploma.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Work Environment

You will work in highly automated manufacturing and robotics facilities that use advanced packaging, distribution, and material handling systems, including conveyors and other automated equipment. The role is physically active and requires the ability to move items weighing up to 49 pounds and to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation. You will regularly use computers and standard office software to support maintenance documentation and communication. Safety is a core focus, with established procedures, safety regulations, and risk management practices guiding daily work. The organization provides lightweight fire-resistant daily wear and composite toe safety shoes to support a safe working environment. Work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $66456.00 - $66456.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
