The role involves troubleshooting equipment, replacing fixtures, and supervising building automation system adjustments to support patient and staff comfort.

You will perform generator testing, lighting and ceiling tile replacements, read wiring diagrams, coordinate with vendors, and conduct preventive maintenance on emergency power and HVAC systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience as a maintenance worker/technician preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.
• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems.
• Experience with computerized work order systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting equipment sets and replacing plumbing fixtures.
• Supervising and adjusting the building automation system for patient and staff comfort.
• Generator testing and inspections; replacing light fixtures and ceiling tiles.
• Using drawings and wiring diagrams for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Coordinating specialized work with vendors and contractors.
• Performing preventative maintenance on the emergency power system, emergency lighting, HVAC, and other building systems.
