Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Facilities Maintenance Technician for UK HealthCare on a first shift schedule (7:30am to 4:00pm, Monday–Friday). You will operate and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, generators, and steam equipment, perform repairs to buildings, and conduct routine rounds of mechanical spaces with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• Trade certificate is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with basic maintenance tools and building systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain HVAC systems, boilers, generators, and steam equipment.
• Perform repairs to building and grounds and conduct routine rounds of mechanical spaces.
• Replace HVAC air filters and monitor safety and compliance with PPE requirements.
• Coordinate repairs with other departments and respond to emergencies.
• Document work and maintain stock/tools; drive company vehicles as needed.
• Support outside vendors and participate in safety training as assigned.
