• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform plumbing work.
• Supervise and adjust the building automation system for comfort.
• Test generators and replace light fixtures and ceiling tiles.
• Inspect and maintain building systems per program.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on emergency power and HVAC systems.
• Consult drawings and manuals for diagnostics and repairs.
• Respond to general building issues and leaks.
