Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will follow electrical diagrams, manuals, and manufacturer specifications while upholding safety and GMP practices. Responsibilities include routine preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical repairs, wiring, PLCs, HVAC as needed, and documenting work in the CMMS on a mobile device.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance experience preferred; food manufacturing a plus.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and manuals.
• Welding and fabrication skills are advantageous.
• Strong safety and GMP awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair motors, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, and other machinery.
• Document work orders and parts usage in the CMMS via mobile device.
• Assist with equipment installation, calibration, and start-ups.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
