Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment per electrical diagrams and manuals in a safety-focused environment.

You will document work orders in a CMMS on a mobile device and perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, and parts replacement. Responsibilities include repairing motors, PLCs, conveyors, and related systems, while following Good Manufacturing Practices and plant safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred where applicable.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience; food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting with safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, PLCs, sensors and displays.
• Document work orders in CMMS and report any safety issues promptly.
• Inspect drives, belts, fluids, filters and lubrication on moving parts.
• Assist with changeovers, repairs, and equipment upgrades as needed.
• Train junior technicians and support staff on procedures and troubleshooting.
