Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a climate-controlled Tolleson, AZ facility. Starting pay ranges from $33.00–$41.25 per hour, with a $1.00 night shift differential and potential quarterly performance pay up to 6%.

The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, with 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights). Eligible candidates will have 3 years of industrial maintenance experience and strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical and troubleshooting practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics and OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability.
• Performing predictive maintenance to identify defects before failures.
• Maintaining operations equipment to meet production and quality goals.
• Working with operations to prioritize maintenance needs.
• Adhering to safety and environmental guidelines, participating in safety programs.
