Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a climate-controlled Tolleson, AZ facility. The role offers starting pay of $33.00–$41.25 per hour, plus a $1.00 shift differential between 7pm–7am and a potential 6% quarterly bonus under the Performance Pay program.

Work involves preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment, with a rotating 12-hour schedule and on-site operations in Tolleson. A strong safety focus is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance
• Electrical, mechanical, and troubleshooting experience
• Experience using hand and power tools (calipers, torque wrenches, voltmeters, impacts, bearing pullers, infrared thermometers)
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals
• Rotating 12-hour shifts on a 5-2-2-5 schedule

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment
• Perform predictive maintenance to identify and fix defects before failure
• Maintain operations equipment to meet performance and customer demands
• Collaborate with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs
• Adhere to safety and environmental guidelines and participate in safety programs
• Support production goals through a proactive maintenance program
