Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is looking for safety-oriented Maintenance Technicians to join our Tolleson, AZ facility on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am). The climate-controlled plant emphasizes reliability and teamwork.

You will troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial equipment; perform predictive maintenance; and work with operations to prioritize needs. Starting pay is $33.00-$41.25 per hour with a $1.00 shift differential; quarterly Performance Pay

Qualifications

3 years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
Proficient with common hand and power tools listed above.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery.
Performing predictive maintenance to identify defects before failures.
Maintaining operations equipment for optimal performance and meeting customer demands.
Working with operations to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.
Adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines and participating in safety programs.
Supporting production goals through a quality maintenance program.
