Job summary

Capital Vacations is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Utah. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety across resort facilities.

Experience in maintenance and a passion for service are valued. Responsibilities include upkeep per SOPs, determining needed materials, ordering supplies, and handling general repairs and HVAC, electrical, plumbing tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Good driving record (no significant violations).

Responsibilities

• Maintain the upkeep of the property according to standard operating procedures.
• Determine materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.
• Order supplies promptly to complete projects.
• Perform general repairs: painting, walls, security hardware, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, filters, and landscaping.
• Coordinate or inspect, operate, and maintain heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities. Your primary focus will be on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment and systems to minimize downtime and ensure safety. If you have a strong background in maintenance and are passionate about providing exceptional service, we would love for you to join our team.

What you’re great at:

Maintaining the upkeep of the property based on standard operating procedures.

Determining the material, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete tasks.

Ordering supplies promptly to complete projects.

Performing general repairs needed, such as but not limited to: painting, constructing/patching walls, security hardware, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, filter maintenance, and landscaping.

Coordinating or inspecting, operating, and maintaining the heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Perform all other duties as assigned.
